Entretien Ménager Lyna Inc., a Canadian company based on
family values, was founded in 1978 by Mr. Dino Frascarelli and is
certified ISO 9001:2000. Over the years,
Mr. Frascarelli surrounded himself with a young, energetic and professional
team, committed to quality customer service. Composed of approximately
a hundred employees, services were rendered from Montreal’s
South Shore, all the way to Ottawa. The company specialised in regular,
complex or occasional cleaning services for office buildings, industrial
sites, hospitals, schools, shopping centres, etc. (see also new
services)
In 1996, Entretien ménager Lyna Inc. reached a turning point:
its association with a German Company by the name of 'Götz
- Quality services', a company of international scope and certified
with ISO 9001 as well as ISO 14001, and whose head office is located
in Regensburg, Germany, and is composed of over 12000 employees.
Many benefits resulted from this association. Amongst them was the
ISO 9001 certification obtained in November 1997 by Entretien ménager
Lyna Inc., which obliged all employees to participate actively in
the quality management system. For instance, the cleaners themselves
participated in the study of new technologies. Also, continuous
training was provided to the administrators who had the opportunity,
on a regular basis, to visualise and experiment with many innovative
cleaning methods. Some of these methods then became an integral
part of Lyna’s regular cleaning practices.
The company was also preoccupied by the health and safety of its
employees and searched for comprehensive solutions. As a result
of that, the company adhered to a preventive mutual group in the
year 2000. Entretien ménager Lyna Inc. is presently in high
expansion mode, and now offers an array of new services related
to domestic maintenance.
We can
thus say that the future of Entretien ménager Lyna Inc. is
promising!
